Bringing in my 30s like the waves

This year, I celebrated a milestone I’ll never forget—my 30th birthday—and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I was lucky enough to have a gorgeous Airbnb comped for the weekend, right on the shores of Lake Huron. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away set the tone for the most amazing celebration.

I invited all of my closest friends, and the weekend was full of laughter, sunshine, and the kind of memories you never want to let go of. We played bocce ball and croquet on the sand, got competitive with silly card games, and of course, had cake by the water.

To top it all off, it happened to be Burger Fest! We sampled all kinds of burgers, and I completely fell in love with the winning one—so much so that I recreated it at home the very next day.

This trip was everything I could have asked for—joy, connection, and pure fun. It was the most beautiful way to welcome a new decade, and I’m so excited for all that’s ahead. Cheers to 30 and beyond!
